Soil microorganism biodiversity in the Anthropocene - Communication design as a platform.   
  • Explored methods for improving soil biodiversity in the Anthropocene era through the utilization of design.
  • Filled in the research and knowledge gap in biodiversity in the underground ecosystem by implementing an interdisciplinary research project that combines the fields of design and soil science.
  • Employed a mixed research approach, combining Transition Design and Participatory Action Research methodologies, to develop sustainable solutions for enhancing soil biodiversity through innovative design practices.

Interview with the future body
  • Investigated the interplay between the Anthropocene, the future, and the human body, utilizing speculative design as a lens through conducting standardized interviews and leading discussions on topics such as futures, bodies, and identities.
  • Performed thematic analysis to evaluate the interview data and revealed insights into the philosophical concept of the body without organs, which represents an uncontrolled and decentralized state that opposes dominant subjectivity.

Personal Installation

No Man Is An Island
  • Implemented a generative installation inspired by John Donne's timeless poem to
  • explore communication and society by bridging the digital and physical realms.
  • Reinterpreted the poem in four languages and transformed visuals by merging a fabric backdrop with a screen-printed version of the poem.
  • Enabled the installation to dynamically evolve over time, inviting viewers to reflect on societal connections and personal identity and contemplate interdependency and the power of language.
  • Achieved the creative blend of traditional poetry and contemporary techniques to push boundaries while exploring the intricate relationship between words, visuals, and the human experience.
